Nueva Vida Therapies is an Holistic therapy service based in south London (Camberwell and Croydon). These services include massage, acupuncture and naturopathic advice.

Specialising in Therapeutic and Holistic massage which includes elements of deep tissue, sports, relaxing and some joint manipulations.

There are also elements of myofascial release and acupressure within the massage treatments.

Acupuncture is an ancient system of using very fine needles inserted into specific acupuncture points to assist in the flow of vital energy.

These can be used to either clear blockages (emotional and/or physical), strengthen in the case of a deficiency or to reduce and dissipate in the case of an excess condition.

My goal is to bring a new lease of life to my clients in our hectic 21st century lifestyle, providing you with a space to relax and completely let go of the day to day tensions we pick up through travel, work, play, exercise and even through our emotional states.

My aim is to ensure that I leave you feeling more than just relaxed and pampered, but also re-aligned and re-energized ready to face the world feeling like you are in a new body brimming with new life.
